From 2023, all Wellington secondry school boys and girls rugby teams will be required to use NZ Rugby’s MyRugby Manager app to enter game day team sheets and record the score. 

• Player Registrations
  • All players must be registered via your schools Rugby SPORTY registration forms, otherwise they can’t be loaded into your match day team sheets on the APP, and thus can’t play

• 1^st XV New To school / non-resident information
  • For every 1^st XV Player, the school must complete the New to School and Non-resident information on their SPORTY registration form.

• Give Access to Coaches / Managers
  • Rugby convenors will need to provide someone in each team (normally a player or coach) access to create match day team sheets score the games on the MyRugby Manager App.

• Team sheets on Match Day
  • Each team coach or manager must electronically complete and allocated match day players to a position for their team on the MyRugby Manager App before play starts.

  • WSSRU hard copy Match Cards are NO LONGER required to be completed and handed to the referee

• Live Scoring & Results
  • Teams are required to use MyRugby Manager App to enter the score either live or after the game is completed.

  • There is also a requirement for all 1^st XV teams, irrespective of the grade they play in, to record their point scorers each week on the MyRugby Manager app.  Point scorers entered will appear on the College Sport website https://www.collegesport.org.nz/sports-1/rugby-1st-xv-top-point-scorers.
